man... the little mermaid will NEVER be the same... ever... again... :(
ahahahhaa. so, i went and saw a couple of shows at the fringe festival this week. one was called Why I Can't Get Laid. it was sort of a one-man cabaret kinda thing, with a band behind him (so... actually a 4-man thing, i guess. ha) but it was pretty funny and entertaining.
the other was called Purity Test. reading the little blurb in the program about it i saw the words "Sex" and "Ice Storm". that pretty much settled us watching it. haha. but really... it was okay. it wasn't great, but good enough. it had it's moments.

and, yesterday was SUPER! i mean, i was fine with my supposed intended purpose in the grand scheme. perfectly content to play along with the cleverly concocted ruse... and i was completely surprised!!!! in hindsight, i probably should've figured that SOMETHING was up. maybe i need to learn to be more suspicious....
and you're my favorite! :D

and then i had to work today. which was actually okay. my boss was sneakily 'investigating' the "services department", today of ALL days, and said that i was doing a bang-up job. that was nice, seeing as how i usually feel like i suck at services and i was more than tired this morning.

anywho, i had plans to write a different story today but that will have to wait until i, once again, have nothing quite so exciting to tell y'all!
