man... i was so close... and then i had to start talking. i should really learn to not talk sometimes... haha.

as some of you know (regan *cough cough*) i tend to make up stories for random people i see out and about... they're usually pretty random stories too... but it's just something i do. i can't help it. i see a person and i immediately make a picture of their life in my head, it gives them a personality so they're not just another face in a crowd. i made one of these stories up for somebody i met a few years ago, having learned very little about him. the funny thing is that as the story progressed, so did our friendship... and i've found that the story is so very similar to the reality, it's almost uncanny! so many of the things that i had imagined he would be like or do, simply because it gave me something to picture when he was mentioned, have come to be true. it's kind of cool though because sometimes it feels like i've known him for forever. and of course there are times when i'm completely surprised too but there's no way to know everything about somebody without first finding it out.... or something... i think that makes sense... i like when that happens though. it's fun to discover new things about your friends... it keeps it interesting. hmm... well, yup. just wanted to share that.
