let your heart be light...from now on, our troubles will be out of sight
hmm... so, i had a really GREAT time at w.e.m. with david yesterday! his dad came along too, which was okay... i thought it might be kind of awkward 'cuz i still feel like, "umm, hey... ya, so my dad replaced you, eh? that kind of sucks..." but i mean, it's been like, 15 years or something like that so i guess that everybody has kind of 'buried the hatchet', so to speak. here's a funny little replay of how most of the day went;
dave: "hey morg... morg... see that one there? say it with me now... emo. emoooo. emo. emo." morg: Laughs chris (dave's dad): "what are you guy's doin'?" dave: "we're just yelling... umm...'stuff'." morg: Laughs harder chris: "better watch it..." dave: "it's not anybody who could do anything to us... he'll probably just go home and write a song about the experience" morg: Laughs uncontrollably dave: "and then maybe he'll cry when he sings it" morg & dave: LAUGH some more!
*disclaimer: i actually have NO problem with people who dress in the 'emo' fashion and i listen to my fair share of so-called 'emo' music
and THEN... i went to regan's and we ALMOST finished our 'project'. well, we did all we could possibly do because we're still waiting on a few things, so it's almost pretty much done. but that wasn't until after we delivered a few 'pre-christmas' christmas presents in the form of advent calendars! who doesn't love the deliciously waxy, cardboard-ish taste and surprise of an advent calendar... actually improved from past years to give you an EXTRA "chocolate" countdown to New Years!?!?! i've been studying since i got home and it's super boring... enh. i wonder if anyone is going swimming tonight... hmm...
