so...i got a tattoo on thursday. it's really nice, it's a dove with an olive branch but it's kind of just the outline of a dove so it's really simple and looks pretty good. i'm going to try and figure out how i might get pictures on here so i can show you all what it looks like. dom got a fancy version of the fleur de lis (or however it's spelled, the french thing) because she's a frenchy. her's is really nice too though. i got mine on the inside of my ankle and hers is on the outside of her ankle. i'm kind of nervous to tell my dad about it because i'm not sure how he'll react but my stepmom has one so i'm going to kind of use that to ease it a bit i think. hopefully that will work. i've just met 3 of my cousins that i haven't seen for years. one of them, sean, is 6 yrs old and i'd never met him before...brianne is 9 and i'm pretty sure i saw her as a baby and richelle is 13. the last time i saw her she was in osh kosh b'gosh so that says quite a bit there. they're really great though and i'm really glad that i had the chance to meet them now rather than when they're all grown up and stuff. i'm pretty excited to see everybody this week because a lot of my other cousins i haven't seen for awhile. i just found out too that kelly, the hockey player...i think i've mentioned him before, is going to school in boston on a full scholarship for hockey. he's going to take engineering there so that'll be really good for him i think. i'm really proud of him! holly is taking physics 11 by correspondance right now. it is so funny. i was up helping her with an experiment tonight and i couldn't help but laugh at how easy it was...but it's hilarious that she's doing school work through the summer...haha. i guess she needs it for her program next year at uvic though so whatever, it must be done. and i have so much laundry and packing to do tonight before leaving tomorrow for k-loo so i really should get going on that stuff...enh, i just don't have the motivation for it after working and packing the trailor all day today.
