so i just had the most amazing talk with joel today.  we were talking about faith and how it can do so much for a person just by having it.  like, if you get up in the morning believing in something so supernatural you have the belief that everything will be okay all day and you know that you don't need to worry so much about stuff.  that's how i feel most of the time, that everything will be looked after for me because Jesus has my back.  incredible.  and then we ventured off a bit and were talking about some people and how i feel so blessed to know these people because they are so incredible wonderful in the type of person that they are.  they are so selfless that it's unimaginable sometimes and all they do is try to make other people feel good.  they accomplish this just by being around them because when you leave them, they have made you feel so important and special that you just want to see them again.  joel pointed out that this is probably the type of person that Christ was.  i imagine that children and adults alike couldn't wait until morning to go listen to Him speak again because He made them feel so wanted and loved just by talking to them the way that He did.  i can't really explain how it feels to be around somebody like that but if you know somebody who is this way then you know what i mean...it is uncomparable and unexplainable but so incredible.  just imagine for one moment how hard you would have to work to be Christ-like and then think about those people who work at that EVERYDAY!  even just that thought makes me feel so much more blessed every moment that i know such a wonderful person!
