sometimes i hate the control that some people have over me. it drives me crazy. sometimes i love it though. i love that when i see them my face lights up and i can't stop smiling the entire rest of the day...sometimes week. i hate that my mind is occupied by thoughts of them when they're so far away that i can't even talk to them. a few type-written words is not enough to ease the yearning... you know what i mean. so that sucks a lot.
but guess what?! i sold toothpaste to the lead singer of Great Big Sea. how cool is that?! i didn't know it was him at the time but now that i do it's exciting...i mean, what are the chances of him coming through my register?! craziness!
dominique and i finally made it down to Genesis designs and picked out our tattoos so we've got an appointment next thursday to get them done...hopefully we won't have changed our minds by then. haha. i'm pretty excited for mine although i know it's going to hurt a lot!
and i also got to see Jesse from stabilo again. that was awesome.
i watched Secret Window and Mystic River the other night, both incredible shows. i was surprised by both of them as they were not what i was expecting but equally impressed as well. sean penn is great...and of course we all know my love for johnny depp. but still, i would definately recommend either of the movies! and mystic river made me want to watch Boondock Saints so i'm going to go watch that now i think...also a very good film.
